Account Credit

Unless otherwise specified, most services and individual purchases can be applied as account credit in full with proper notice. Check the individual service sections regarding a amount of notice that must be provided of cancellation.

Refunds

In instances where you are able to receive an account credit, you can also request a refund to your payment method. A 15% return fee will be deducted from your refund.
