Account Credit

Unless otherwise specified, most services and individual purchases can be applied as account credit in full with proper notice.

Notice Period

Check the individual service sections regarding the amount of notice that must be provided of cancellation. The default is you must provide at least 2 weeks’ notice before the start date in order to receive a credit.

In the event that you provide less than 2 weeks’ notice, you are still eligible for credit if we can fill your spot.

Refunds

In instances where you are able to receive an account credit, you may also request a refund to your payment method. A 15% return fee will be deducted from your refund.
