Rules
Skills are combined. Challenge levels 4-6 MUST be fluid & climb-ups may use elbows.
When you get to the start of the line, tell your judge what challenge you are doing. Then, you must be ready to begin. Waiting too long will count as an attempt (judge will give a countdown if you take too long to begin)
You get 2 attempts for each challenge before going back to the end of a line
Using knees to climb up is counted as a fail attempt.
No holding spots in line for any reason. Parents/coaches, you can be in line with your child/student, but if they step you so must you.

We might add some more as needed. Judges have final say.
Stage 1
1. Climb Up Qbert (4’ wall)
Turn around and drop to the floor
Lateral tac blue wedge; Land in precision zone
2. Starting on Qbert, jump the gap (6’ distance) and cat the wall
Shimmy around the corner; Muscle up & climb up
3. Roll on the ground ending before Qbert; no extra steps; immediately mount Qbert (no pause on getting on top)
Jump to black floor without touching any walls
Lateral tac blue wedge and vault Link (must be fully in air before vaulting)
4. Using blue wedge, 2 step rotation tac and land on Qbert with both feet
QM to the other side of Qbert and immediately roll
Out of the roll, drop into a cat hang on the side of Qbert
5. Standing on the 10’ wall, dive kong the 12’ wall
Turn vault the 12’ wall and drop to the vault
From landing (no extra steps), Jump to Qbert
Dropping off Qbert (no hands on dismount)get on top of the 10’ wall either by:
- Tacing up the 10’ face
- Getting to a cat hang on the 7’ wall and using a dyno to get to the 10’ wall
6. Starting on the 12’ wall, jump down to Qbert; Drop down to floor
Rotational tac over Link Vault
Run to the Area 02 Bridge and tac or kickstop the bridge
From tac or kickstop, 180 back and cat the CORNER of the 8’ wall (hand on each side of ledge)
Stage 2
1. Starting with back against 8’ wall, climb up the 4’ wall
Turn around, drop back to group and immediately roll
Go under the floor window, vaulting the window out of the cubby
Exit and finish with an Underbar
2. Tac the small wall under the window and Underbar through
QM out of the floor window, turn and roll
Out of the roll, run and climb up the 6’ wall
Finish with a Penny Drop off the bar
3. Starting in a cat hang on the 6’ wall (next to the 9’ wall), shimmy to the end (going under the bar without using it for support)
Muscle up then balance the bar; Climb up onto the 8’ pillar
Get on the bar attached and, with no more than 2 swings, lache to cat the 6’ wall
4. Start in a cat hang on Pillar, perform a 180 cat to Area 02; Muscle up
Penny drop the long bar into a hang; monkey shimmy to the bar attached to the 9’ wall
Perform a Pull-over then Cast to a lache (no extra swings) to the 9’ Red Line Ledge
Drop dyno 3’ and end in a cat hang on the 6’ wall
5. Start in in the bar window, hanging off the top bar; Drop to the bottom bar and immediately lache
Grab the bridge and climb up (cannot use the side walls)
Jump back and underbar the bar window (cannot touch bottom bar)
Turn and drop to Lache or Underbar the lower bar; ending by precisioning the Red Floor / Black Floor line
6. Starting from the 9’ wall, precision the 6’ bar.
Turn around on the bar and Carnival to and underbar through the window.
Stage 3
Note: You many not touch the angle sides of balance beams nor wooden sides of balance rails.
1. Precision 4’
Balance across beam
Vault to next balance beam
Balance backwards to end of beam
2. Precision 4’
Balance across beam; Precision 6’
Balance the rail back to last beam (rail balance cannot be fast and with at least 4 steps)
Finish with a Lazy Vault
3. Jump the 4’ gap to an immediate Plyo Jump the 6’ gap (precision)
Balance across and then jump up to the vault
Using a plyo jump to immediately take off the vault to a drop precision
4. Tac / Moonstep Faith angle and jump to the angle rail
Jump off rail to precision rail (90 turn) and again to a final rail precision
5. Moonstep Faith angle
Tac the “vault” side of Faith over the 5.5’ wall onto Warped Wall (must land past the line on the wood face)
Dive Roll on top of Faith to ground
6. Roll on the elevated balance beam
Immediately (no extra steps) cat the side of Faith
Dyno into the air (so no longer touching Faith), stride the rail
Drop precision the rail on the ground
Stage 4
1. Taking off Green Block, kickstop the wall of Area 05
Climb up the ladder, stand up on top
2. Spider climb between the 8’ and 9’ wall; Get on top of the 8’
Muscle down over the number “04”, drop to the lowest stair case ledge
Climb up the staircase, drop to ground from 6’ wall
3. Start on Area 05’s lowest staircase; Drop to Green Block
Jump back to the bars (not over the ladder)
Start an angle dyno two times up the bars (once to the “ladder area”, and once over the area with bars underneath the tall bar)
Dyno to the lowest slot; Dyno to the upper slot
4. Starting in a Cat Hang on the slant side of the 9’ wall, drop down to the angle bar
Without using the horizontal bar, swing on the angle bar to get to the top of the 9’ wall; Climb up
Walk across the bridge and Drop Cat the tallest bar on the Area 05 wall
5. Starting on Green Block, dive roll the ground towards the 4’ tall staircase
Turn mount the 4’ staircase
Dive to bar (no extra swing) and Lache
Cat the vertical pole (no touching the horizontal poles)
6. Run towards Area 05 wall and tac backwards up to the 9’ wall
Cat the corner (under the bridge) with one hand each on the red line walls (parallel and perpendicular).
As you swing yourself under the bridge, cat 180 back to the other 9’ wall
Muscle up
Stage 5
1. Starting on the Floor or Green Block, 360 Underbar between the two bars (cannot touch lower bar)
Then perform a Safety vault and immediately Roll upon landing
2. Stand up on a 3’ bar and drop to the floor
Gate Vault the two bars
Kong Mount
3. Perform a lache (4’) to middle bar, then lache (4’) again
Shimmy over to the vertical bar and go under and around the Angle Bar
Finish by getting onto the blocks
4. From blocks, dive lache the angle bar back to blocks
Jump to next angle bar and lache over the 4’ tall bar
From whenever you land (no extra steps) jump and Carnival the 4’ tall bar
Land with both feet having touched or passed the yellow tape on the floor
5. Kong Duck Vault to cat the 5’ wall
From the cat, get under the bar; get on top to a straight arm mount position
Cast to Underbar, landing in the designated zone
Immediately dive roll over the bars, rolling under the furthest 3’ tall bar
Stand up, turn around, and perform FIVE vaults over the bars:
- Must use 3 unique vaults
- May only land once between vaults without extra steps
- Must be fluid
6. Lache 180 OVER the middle bar; Re-grab the bar on the other side
Immediately lache 180 to face the other way and lache towards the angle bar on the wall
Grabbing the angle bar, stand up on the wall
