Multi-Kid Sign-up

Our system only allows you to enroll one person at a time. To enroll another, you need to create a new family member in your account and select them in the profile drop-down (top right).

When you get to an online schedule sign-up page, click sign-up.

  • Click your profile icon. Click manage family members.

  • Add a new child and make sure the icon name changes to the new family member name. 

    • If your child is already in our system but not yet on your online account, use the same name an email that already exists. It should automatically sync.

    • If it does not sync, email us and we'll fix it on our end.

  • Select the new profile name and enroll in classes, camps, or other services!

  • Switch back and forth between the two kid profiles to manage their sign-ups, reservations, etc.

How do I view or cancel my reservation?

From our website schedule, click "my account" on the upper right side. Click the "schedule" tab on the left. You may cancel any classes you are reserve for.

From the Mindbody site (or "extended schedule"), sign-in and click the "my info" tab. From there click the "my schedule" button. You may cancel any classes you are reserve for.

Please note: You cannot view or cancel a class reservation for someone else's account. To cancel someone else's reservation, please call or email.

How do I reserve for 2 or more children? [Mindbody Desktop Site]

This only works from the Mindbody desktop site (not the app nor the schedule widgets from our website). You will need to use our Multi-Student Regsitration links found on our registration pages. They may be referred to as "Extended Schedule"

Extra Tips:
* Create your account as the 1st child. Reserve for the class or series.
* When you go to reserve again, it will give you an option to reserve for "someone else". Use this to make the 2nd reservation.

* If you regularly make a reservation for someone else, consider adding a "relationship" in your "My Info" tab. By adding relationship "Pays for" will add a button with the name of the second account being paid for during class sign-up. Should save you a few moments from having to re-type the name each time. * You can only manage the first child this way and will not be able to see the reservations for anyone registered as "someone else".

I signed myself up instead of my child. What do I do?

No worries! You can either log-in to your profile and change the name, or just let us know upon arrival. We'll change it for you!

How do I use account credit?

If you have account credit and are trying to make an online purchase, you will need to use our "extended schedule" or "multi-student registration" links to make the purchase. This will take you to the scheduling software website we use. Please see our instructions by clicking here..
