What is Parkour?

Parkour is a physical and mental discipline that enables the practitioner, called a tracer, to overcome obstacles in a natural and urban environment in the fastest, safest and most efficient manner.

Through training, practitioners cultivate strength, usefulness, perception, confidence, the ability to overcome fear, self-awareness and empathetic response to the human condition. The definition of Freerunning can be found here.

What we offer?

A safe place to learn movement techniques and philosophy. Take classes, join events or series, or self-train in our open sessions.

Building off the success of two established parkour academies, Revolution Parkour Tualatin is here to share our love of movement with you.

Everyone! In shape or out of shape. Young or old. Parkour is movement skills for kids, teens, and adults. Join a community of movement enthusiasts.
